Detect Nightly

In order to detect Nightly Wallet in your EVM app, prefer EIP-6963 multi-provider discovery. Nightly announces its EIP-1193 provider with rdns: "app.nightly" so dApps can list Nightly alongside other installed wallets without relying on the shared window.ethereum global.

For direct integrations, Nightly also exposes its EVM provider at window.nightly.ethereum.

To make sure the detected wallet is in fact a Nightly wallet, check for a property isNightly on the object.
